Account Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your FieldTrack account and associated personal data. This page explains how to submit your request and what happens next.
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent. Your account, personal information, and associated operational data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
How It Works
- Submit the deletion request form below, or email dev@ambangangkasa.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- We verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
- Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of verification.
- Records we are legally required to retain (e.g., tax, accounting) may be kept per applicable law.

Include: full name, registered email/phone, company name (if any), and details of data to delete.
Enterprise / B2B Users
If your account was provisioned by your employer or corporate administrator, deletion requests must be coordinated through your organization's administrator.
